    Responsibilities
    We are looking for a costing and operational finance analyst to join our WW Operation and Supply Chain Finance team, reporting to Finance manager – Costing and Ops Finance.

Key responsibilities include the following:
• Provide finance support as business partner with American region supply chain group.
• Prepare the quarterly standard cost book and maintain the standard cost in ERP system on daily basis.
• Participate in month-end close duties, including closing of inventory, preparation of account reconciliations, JE and audit schedules.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 controls.
• Prepare and submit expense budget for operation executive dept
• Be responsible for month-end closing for dept opex and actual results analysis
• Assist ad-hoc operation finance analysis
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects.

We require a BS Finance/Accounting with 1-3 years related experience. You must be a self-starter, be able to work independently, have strong PC spreadsheet skills; good teamwork and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in Oracle, Hyperion and MS Access is a plus.
