Job Description
A fast growing online business, located in the heart of San Franciscos financial district, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for budgeting, forecasting, and business
analysis.Position Title: Sr. Financial Analyst
Responsible for:
· Facilitating and maintaining detailed budget and forecast models for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash
Flow.· Generating and maintaining ownership over management reporting processes
· Providing key reports and feedback to accounting and corporate finance, working with senior management to set and manage towards key performance targets. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between function
departments.· The position will also be a participant in strategic and operations planning processes for the business and will handle special requests and projects for Sr.
Management.Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Finance or Business, MBA/or CPA preferred
2. Five or more years experience budgeting, forecasting, finance or business
analysis3. Highest degree of proficiency in financial modeling and analysis;
4. Skills should include not only Excel expertise, but also abilities to design, communicate, and adjust models to fit business needs and changes. Power point skills
preferred5. Working knowledge of accounting principles
6. Ability to work across various functional areas and in interact with individuals across all levels throughout
organization7. Strong strategic thinking abilities with demonstrated ability to see the forest through the
trees8. Excellent communication skills
9. Highly detail oriented with a strong sense of ownership over work product, experience working within internet and/or subscriber-driven business models.
10. Good sense of humor
