Description
As Loan Adjustment Department Manager, manages, directs and controls staff responsible for all lending and collection activities for problem commercial loans and major adversely graded commercial loan relationship.  Oversees liquidation of OREO and other acquired assets.  Provides technical supervision to Credit Administration and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors regarding loan restructuring and collection activities.  Supervises collection activities for all of Bank's problem loans, including litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.  Works closely with loan adjustment officers and borrowers to negotiate workout programs to maximize loan repayments.  Ten plus years managerial experience in commercial and real estate loan administration required.  Thorough knowledge of commercial documentation/foreclosure procedures.  Bachelor/Master degrees in related field or equivalent.  Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills required.  Complete knowledge of title and California real estate law required.  EOE
