The ideal candidate will:

Accurately and efficiently process member transactions.
Identify and make sales referrals.
Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
Follow risk management guidelines when processing transactions.
Provide exceptional level of member service.
Perform other duties as directed.




Job Knowledge/Experience:

Previous financial institute experience a plus
Excellent customer service and sales experience
Previous cash handling experience a must
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel desired
Excellent listening and speaking skills
Excellent written communication skills
