Description
As Sales & Service Manager, responsible for design, development, implementation, operational, vendor and technical management, and sales support for the Bank’s products and services to business customers. Provide training for sales, service and customer support for said products. Serve as Bank’s Information Security Officer. Function as business executive and system owner for account analysis, lockbox, various ACH processing systems, merchant card services, VRU, wires, and Internet banking. Negotiate contract terms and fee schedules for services provided to customers. Responsible for Internet-based customer service products. Responsible for supporting all departmental MS workstations and servers, including establishment of Company policies. Responsible for Internet and IT security.
Extensive previous work experience in financial services industry, including managerial assignments within transactional operations areas where incumbent has gained in-depth knowledge of bank operations and technology. Excellent financial analysis, oral and written communication, management, interpersonal, sales, marketing, presentation and cash management skills required. Travel and non-standard working hours required. EOE
