We are currently looking for a Customer Specialist in our Walnut Creek office.  As a Customer Specialist you will provide consultative phone and online service as well as face-to face client visits to probe for cross selling opportunities for our array of products as well as providing expertise in the areas of corporate filings, document retrievals and statutory representation.


 


In addition, you will need to be a team-oriented individual who is able to multi-task, work and problem-solve independently, as well as provide solutions to increase team efficiency. A variety of training, including one-on-one mentoring will enable you to communicate with customers, answer inquiries about our products and services, and develop proficiency in using CT's electronic products. You will be able to create, track and follow-up on work orders to guarantee high quality service throughout a work orders lifecycle from start to finish.


 


The successful person will need to be able to work a shift of 12PM-8PM approximately one week every 2 months as part of the After Hours team/initiative.


 


Education/ Experience:


 


• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or combination of education and work experience.


• Minimum of at least 2 yrs experience in a Customer Service role (this could be part time).


• Effective written and oral communication skills required.


• Strong knowledge of MS office/internet, ability to learn new applications.


• Ability to multitask and demonstrate ability to problem solve.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.


 


You will also need to be able to work a shift of 12-8 approximately one week every 2 months
