Reports To: Senior Director, comScore Marketing Solutions
BASIC FUNCTION:
Reporting to Sr. Director, Client Service, this Client Service Manager will help manage comScore’s relationships with the search division of one of our largest clients, preparing analyses, providing insights and assisting the client in developing the next generation of their search measurement thought leadership . The Senior Analyst will coordinate and deliver superior client service to this client including timely/informative responses to client inquiries, and sensitivity to clients’ business objectives/goals. In addition, the Senior Analyst will extract, transform and analyze data from corporate databases in order to deliver strategic consulting services, with an eye toward assisting the client with their business objectives and expanding our relationship. This Senior Analyst position provides growth opportunities for driven, successful individuals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Deliver exceptional client service support to senior managers and executives at comScore’s client in support of their search business
• Analyze data from corporate databases to deliver strategic consulting services to key stakeholders in order to improve search market share, including messaging and positioning, and working with internal and external audiences on the brand messaging of client’s future releases.
• Assist client with product marketing and messaging recommendations based on consumer insights from comScore data; presenting and defending recommendations to a variety of internal and external audiences
• Provide timely/informative responses to client inquiries, and sensitivity to clients’ business objectives/goals
• Upsell additional services and develop new products to meet client requirements
• Become expert in comScore syndicated products and custom market research capabilities
• Adaptable person who can deal with rapidly changing requirements of a start-up environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or quantitative field
• 2-4 years of work experience in the online services market. Specific experience in the Search space highly preferred. Work experience that is analytical in nature, such as experience with syndicated data, or custom research is important.
• Excellent project management skills and the proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
• Proven track record of driving cross functional projects and ability to prioritize multiple demand
• Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal
• Experience in data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data
• Experience determining customer requirements and coordinating with product development is a plus
• Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with peers in a team-oriented operating structure
• Experience with Advertising Agencies, Advertising Networks, or Publishers is a plus
