About the Position

The Director of Video Services is responsible for setting the standard and definition of unparalleled quality and consistency in Bella’s video products.   This role’s vital responsibility is managing a large-scale operations system while delivering on Bella’s quality promise.

Leadership & Strategy

• Partnering with the VP, Video, develops and manages quality standards including technical    and style components for the Bella brand


• Manages budget line items


• Identifies and manages key metrics


• Leads product development initiatives, roll-out and analysis

Team Management

• Responsible for all aspects of hiring, team management as well as key partner management


• Ongoing establishment and review of policy and procedures


• Ensures that escalated issues from Customer Service, DOC Quality Control and Assignment Desk are being dealt with professionally and quickly

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day to day client and vendor contact


• Manage and direct the requests/projects for the group


• Oversees the development of objectives and plans


• Supervises the group in interpretation of competitive and other research data


• Meets with sales representatives


• Involvement in emerging media technology, corporate processes and initiatives

Background Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in communications, video or media


• 3-5 years in video production management


• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills


• Solid financial management skills including budget management


• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities


• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
