Job Description
Our Client is seeking a seasoned HR Director to help grow and support our talented team of engineers and business professionals. You understand the demands of a growing technology company and have the success stories to prove it. You are able to source top talent without the help of recruiters. Responsibilities:
-Daily hands-on management of all HR projects and initiatives.
-Full-cycle recruiting for all positions including visa procurement, compensation planning, new hire orientations and
on-boarding.-Strong understanding of the company's products and business model.
-Proactively identify HR solutions for the company and assume responsibility for ongoing
improvement.-Primary liaison between the company, the employees and the company's PEO.
-Partner with employees, managers and PEO to mediate and resolve employee relations
issues.-Partner with executive team on best practices, risk management, change management, and policy
implementation.-Design and implement a professional development program for employees, and research ongoing development opportunities and learning tools.
-Uphold and enrich the company's culture through creative programs and team building
events.-Manage the Workplace Safety program.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree preferred. PHR/SPHR Certification a huge plus.
-5-8 years HR experience in a manager or director capacity.
-Thorough knowledge of state and federal employment law.
-Technical recruiting experience a must.
-Technology startup experience preferred.
-Notable track record of supporting companies experiencing rapid growth.
-Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving, project management and time management skills.
