Responsibilities
 
The HR Rep position provides journey-level support in all aspects of HR, including providing guidance on employee policies and practices.  Work on the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system.
 
Assist in hiring, new-employee orientation, salary administration, training, performance appraisal monitoring, and assistance with communication and administration of policies and procedures.
 
Provide guidance on employee policies and practices. Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints, employment litigation, and workplace violations
Experience & Qualifications
 

    * BA in human resources, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field
    * 3 years increasingly responsible experience as an HR generalist, or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
    * Strong interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skills
    * Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
    * Able to exercise good judgment to resolve problems, make recommendations, or seek guidance
    * Highly organized; able to effectively handle priorities, deadlines and details
    * Able to analyze HR procedures and recommend changes for increased efficiency
    * Able to communicate with all levels of employees effectively and confidentially
    * Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
