Job Description:

Quantcast is looking for a Media Optimization Manager to lead campaign performance efforts for all of our client’s online display campaigns. This person should have extensive hands-on experience managing and optimizing display advertising campaigns, and be an expert at using a variety of targeting, data and delivery tools to ensure campaign success. The ideal candidate has extensive experience optimizing campaigns. It is crucial that this candidate have a proven track record delivering exceptional ROI on campaigns spanning multiple clients with large (>$1m) budgets across multiple lines of business.

Quantcast is working with unprecedented amounts of data to enable the Media Optimization Manager to deliver relevant audiences to advertisers more accurately than ever before. Our company provides publishers, agencies and marketers unmatched abilities to measure, segment, and target audiences based upon inference models that couple machine learning with massive quantities of directly measured audience data and reference data.  This approach overcomes the challenges and limitations of traditional measurement services that rely on panels and expands the limited delivery of retargeting approaches to reach a larger, more qualified audience.

Responsibilities:
•    Own the success of clients’ display advertising campaigns through the effective optimization of these campaigns
•    Analyze campaign metrics and counsel clients on how to improve the performance of their online advertising efforts
•    Work closely with statisticians and engineering to iteratively improve audience models
•    Actively participate in building out our product offering to continually improve our services, modeling, and reporting metrics
•    Develop, document and disseminate best practices and findings throughout the organization
•    Provide strategic insight to clients based on deep understanding of performance drivers and proprietary analytics

Requirements:
•    3 or more years experience optimizing display campaigns for clients with major ad spend (>$1m budgets) across multiple lines of business
•    Deep understanding of the online display advertising industry and the drivers of pricing and optimization within ad systems
•    Extensive expertise working with ad servers, and other optimization platforms
•    Impeccable attention to detail
•    Ability to conceptualize solutions based upon quantitative data
•    Undergraduate degree from a top tier university
•    Account management background a plus

Compensation:
