Job Description:

This senior marketer will be responsible for online digital strategy, execution, tracking and optmization of consumer marketing activities. They wil work closely with brand and digital agencies as well as internal teams to test, learn and launch digital programs to acquire new prospects and convert them to new patients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take industry knowledge and experience to develop digital plan to drive consumer demand for Invisalign. This includes creation of comprehensive annual plan, developing digital creative and media plans, tracking results and optomizing preformance.
  • Oversee website analytics, user insights, and content to best educate, motivate and direct consumers to the right doctors for treatment. This person will work closely with our design agency and internal teams to deliver the appropriate content at the proper time to maximize conversion to new patient.
  • Responsible for content, updating, and leveraging our social media and other online communication points to drive awareness, understanding and demand for Invisalign
  • Set clear direction, provide strong leadership, and facilitate integrated execution by agency partners and internal teams.
  • Work within budget and timelines to execute strategy and programs

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong project management skills & ability to execute multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical skills for preformance and optomization analysis
  • Continually drives for measurable results
  • Strong Communicational skills (writing, oral, & presentation)
  • Shows initiative, takes action, & maintains ownership
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative team situations
  • Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Google Analytics required
  • Comscore preferred

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • B.S./B.A. required, preferrably in marketing , technologygy or business related field. M.B.A. in Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in consumer marketing required, (Packaged Goods, PR, DTC preferred)
  • Minimum of 4-6 years in digital marketing (SEO, Search, Social, blog, email marketing, Online)
  • Website design and analytics experience required
  • Online creative development and campaign management required
  • Must have demonstrated successful strategic planning in the past as well and digital campaign execution
