We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. The Senior Product Manager – Corporate Sales & Professional Service will market and optimize Omnicell’s solutions and services offering for corporate / c-suite customers.

Position Responsibilities:
Market Management
•Drive corporate marketing strategy including specific messaging for c-suite across the Omnicell offering
•Position and package economic value selling strategies. Aggregate data across products to develop overall OMCL economic value proposition
•Serve as product manager for OMCL Professional Services
•Shape Pricing Strategy across OMCL offering
•Own overall Omnicell Solutions offering segmentation analysis and targeting

Strategic Product Planning & Execution
•Maintain organization’s understanding of customer needs, market trends and competition

Go-To-Market Excellence
•Work closely with commercial, government and pre-hospital sales leadership to develop and improve channel and distribution effectiveness, including strategic partnerships.
•Determine launch corporate sales / professional services launch plan
•Determine and implement optimal corporate sales / professional services product positioning, branding, pricing and key go-to-market initiatives.
•Coordinates development of selling tools and promotions with partners in Sales, and MarComm.

Required Skills:

•BS/BA degree in marketing, information technology, or related health science/policy discipline, MBA preferred.
•Minimum of 7 years of consulting / business experience in complex, solution-oriented market development (or 5 years with MBA).
•Minimum of 3 years of health care / IT solution marketing experience.
•C-suite experience.
•Deep understanding of Information Technology / Health Care Solutions.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to effectively influence sales / executive management to drive projects and take next action.
•Demonstrated experience in economic value assessment / delivering capital solutions.
•Advanced financial / statistical skills. (Advanced financial modeling / regression analysis).
•Demonstrated ability lead discussions on pricing, economic value propositions, solutions offering positioning.
