As a Home Health Registered Nurse with the Center for Elders Independence (CEI) you will be part of a unique interdisciplinary and holistic approach to long-term care. This will allow you to empower our elderly citizens to live more fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. With us, every day will be different and will include a broad array of duties including conducting periodic patient assessments, providing skilled nursing care to participants, implementing primary care orders, and developing appropriate plans of care. In the role of Home Health Registered Nurse with CEI, you will be an integral member of a care team, and will travel locally around our East Bay clinic sites to administer care for our program participants in their homes. Your prior nursing background and knowledge will be directly utilized for implementing primary care orders, evaluating participant complaints, developing appropriate plans of care, and for providing participant, caregiver and family care instruction.
