Description
The Regional Territory Manager role is responsible for driving TPS new business to new accounts, TPS cross-sell and upsell of existing accounts, and overall revenue (including new and renewal revenue) for all solution lines within the opportunity segment. This role is responsible for providing leadership, management and active coaching to a team of sales professionals. Additionally, Regional Territory Managers will be responsible for collaborating with Telephonic Sales Managers, Solution Line Managers, Solution Consultant Managers, Market Planning, Education and Development, and other Company managers to achieve Company objectives.
Qualifications
BA/BS preferred 7+ years successful sales experience, preferably with complex solutions in B2B. 3+ years sales management experience a plus. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and across the organization matrix to achieve group and organizational goals. Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching and performance management. Includes holding people accountable for clearly set standards and objectives. Strong leadership and team building skills. Proven ability to drive and implement change. Ability to network effectively both internally and externally. Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills.
