ULTA Sales Specialist
The purpose of this position is to support the Senior Director of Sales in activities related to the management of a key Premium Wholesale Channel to meet current sales goals and marketing strategies for key brands (bareMinerals, RareMinerals and MD Formulations) in Merchandising and Boutique strategies.

Primary Responsibilities
* Create and execute long term growth strategy for two major areas of Premium Wholesale Distribution: the expansion and performance of Bare Escentuals Boutiques within Channel Partner and Merchandising initiatives/needs for Channel partner.
* Support Director of Sales with all budget activities linked to managing the Bare Escentuals Boutiques within Channel partner and Merchandising initiatives.
* Build relationships with Premium Wholesale Channel Partner Merchant, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and education teams.
* Collaborate with channel partner Operations Team to develop and implement long-term Boutique strategy that will ensure incremental revenue.
* Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Team to develop and implement long-term merchandising strategies for all channel needs.
* Weekly review of channel partner revenue performance to enhance any issues related to brand awareness, pricing, merchandising opportunities and product liabilities.
* Manage all Visual Merchandising updates including assortments, fixture improvements, and brand expansion opportunities within channel.
* Collaborate with Planner to ensure that newness & core quantities are accurately forecasted to maximize revenues and reduce RTVs.
* Coordinate with Ops Specialist to ensure that newness PO’s are generated & executed in a timely fashion.
* Collaborate with Sales Manager to track all promotional/marketing elements including advertising, fixturing, dotcom and merchandising to understand the full impact of BE marketing activities.
* Coordinate with BE Global Education Manager to create a strong Education plan, specific to BE.
* Format & distribute weekly & monthly sales data.
* Maintain RTV reporting process.
* Visit stores, as necessary, to ensure appropriate execution and representation of BE brand
* Support Senior Director of Sales with creating the strategy & timelines for key brands (bareMinerals, RareMinerals and MD Formulations)

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Excellent Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, and project management skills required.
* 3+ years experience required in one of the following areas within cosmetics or retail industries: sales/account management or merchandise buying.
* Planning/forecasting skills strongly preferred.
* Must possess strong management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical skill – the individual must be able to not only review but interpret detailed data to draw business conclusions and identify implications for long term health of channel.
* Dynamic, passionate personality with confidence to perform with high standards.
* Must exhibit excellent communication & presentation skills (written and oral)
* Strong attention to detail to maintain budgets
* Highly creative with a keen sense of brand awareness
