Cbr Systems is seeking additional Cord Blood Education Specialists to join the company’s rapidly growing Consumer Inside Sales department.  As a Cord Blood Education Specialist, you will communicate with prospective and existing clients through inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails to educate and sell our newborn stem cell banking service to expectant families.

What the Job is Like

Cord Blood Education Specialists are responsible for educating prospective clients on newborn stem cell banking services.  We believe that by empowering prospective clients with the information and resources about cord blood banking, they will make an informed decision to enroll in our service.

• We sell through a consultative and educational method – your role will be to educate prospective clients and guide them through the decision making process.


• We offer complete and thorough training so that you will be the “subject matter expert” in cord blood banking.


• There is no cold calling – we provide you with all the leads you need.


• We give you a CRM system that will help you manage your sales activities.


• We provide comprehensive, real time metrics so that you know exactly how you are performing.


• Our compensation is based on performance – commissions are uncapped! 

What We’re Looking For

·        Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.

·        Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

·        CRM or database management experience.

·        Excellent communication skills – multi-lingual is a plus.

·        Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

·        Must be available to start work Tuesday, May 26, 2009.
