Fraud Analyst

Zynga is looking for a Fraud Analyst with a background in online credit card processing, billing and fraud with a passion for catching the bad guys. This is a great opportunity for a professional from the financial services or security industry looking for a new challenge!

Responsibilities:
 

• Conduct manual review of transactions that have been identified as high risk and suggest changes to streamline the review process.


• Process chargebacks and card holder claims of fraud.


• Review member account activity for potential fraud and / or abuse.


• Identify and investigate potential fraudulent transactions.


• Ensure fraud levels remain well below the limits required by processing partners.


• Create and maintain weekly reports on fraud rates and chargeback rates.


• Monitor internal and industry wide fraud trends and make recommendations to address them

Required Skills:
 

• 3+ years experience in financial services, criminal justice, statistics or economics.


• Eagerness to grow with the team and help out with duties outside the scope of your job.


• Experience with fraud trends, risk management and best practices is a plus!
